Shipping policy
All orders ship from our UK warehouse. We offer tracked delivery to the US, Canada, and over 40 other countries.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm GMT are typically processed within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery times
- United States: 5 to 9 working days after dispatch
- Canada: 5 to 10 working days after dispatch
- United Kingdom: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch
- Rest of world: 7 to 14 working days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs processing in the destination country.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Promotional free shipping may apply to qualifying orders.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking is also available from your account dashboard.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by TopToy USA at checkout.
Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email contact@toptoyusa.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
