Where does TopToy USA ship from?
Every order ships from our own warehouse in Ayr, Scotland, United Kingdom. We do not drop-ship from third parties.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, typical tracked delivery is 5 to 9 working days to the US, 5 to 10 to Canada, 2 to 4 within the UK, and 7 to 14 elsewhere. Orders placed before 2pm GMT are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days.
Do I have to pay customs or duties?
For US and Canadian orders up to $1,000 we handle import duties and taxes up-front at checkout wherever possible, so there are no surprise invoices on arrival.
How do I return an item?
Start a return at returns.toptoyusa.com within 30 days of delivery. US and Canadian customers get a pre-paid return label by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal — we never store full card details on our servers.
Can I change the currency?
Prices default to US dollars. Use the currency selector at the right-hand edge of any page to switch to AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, or NZD.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you receive a tracking link by email. You can also see live status in the customer portal.
How do I contact customer support?

Are the products genuine?
Yes. We buy direct from manufacturers, authorised retailers, authentic distributors, and vetted wholesale partners. Every item is physically in our warehouse and checked in by our team before it ships.
Do you have a physical store?
No — we are online only. Our fulfilment warehouse is at 5 River Street, Ayr KA8 0AX, United Kingdom, but it is not open to the public.
