TopToy USA is an online toy store, UK company that has been shipping toys direct to customers worldwide since 2020. We are not a marketplace and we do not drop-ship from third parties. Every order is shipped directly from our own UK warehouse.

How we source
We buy direct from other local authorised retailers, manufacturers, authentic distributors, and vetted wholesale partners. If a product is on TopToy USA, it is physically in our UK warehouse and has been checked in by our team before it is dispatched.
Shipping worldwide from the UK
Orders placed before 2pm GMT are typically processed within 1 to 2 working days. After dispatch, typical tracked delivery windows are:
- United States: 5 to 9 working days
- Canada: 5 to 10 working days
- United Kingdom: 2 to 4 working days
- Rest of world: 7 to 14 working days
Our own records show 98.4% of our orders arrive within estimated timeframes. Every order ships with tracking that updates from warehouse scan to your front door. Customs and duties for US and Canadian orders up to $1000 are handled up-front at checkout wherever possible, so you don’t get surprise invoices at the door. Payment & security
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Every transaction is encrypted. We never store full card details on our own servers — payment processing is handled by Stripe and PayPal, both PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.

Returns made simple
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Start a return at returns.toptoyusa.com — you’ll get a pre-paid label (US and Canada) or return instructions (other countries), and we aim to refund within 7 working days of the item landing back with us.
