Wiking Opel Manta A GT/E Silver Metallic 1974-75 WK082712 HO Gauge

Only two years before the end of the construction period of the Manta A, Opel still provided a furious move. In March 1974, the Manta GT/E supplemented the model range and delivered a real sports car with the 105 hp engine, which was still on the road with the remarkable top speed of 188 km/h. The Manta GT/E was sporty at first glance – the side stripes and hood look gave character to the popular coupe of the early 1970s. Due to the construction period of only one year, only 5252 units were sold by the GT/E – with a purchase price of 12,500 DM. Body painted silver, black chassis, interior with dashboard and steering wheel in black. Silver rims, bumpers aluminium silver lacquered. Bonnet printed flat black. Side window border with door handles, Manta logo and decorative stripes black. Front window border with black wipers and rear window edge. Silver Vauxhall logo on the grille. Rear end plate, black. Front headlight hand-coloured.
