2. Paint the unfinished wooden cut-outs with coloured paints.
3. Decorate with rhinestone stickers.
4. Cut the silver wire to the right length, pass it through the hole in the wind chime tube, then pass it through the hole underneath the wooden cut-out and tie a knot.
5. Pass the coloured string through the hole above the wooden cut-outs and tie a knot.
6. The wind chime is finished and you can hang it anywhere you like.
